All price exclude shipping charges and subject to 7% GST ("Goods and Services Tax"). GST is only applicable to domestic orders.
We provide free delivery for domestic purchase SGD100 and above. For orders below SGD100, a flat delivery charge of SGD10 applies.
COD ("Cash On Delivery") shipments are only available for domestic purchase. A COD shipment may not be inspected by the receiver before the payment is made.
We usually ship within 24hrs. If there were unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, local delivery will be within 3 working days.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for international shipping.
All rules of Customs and Clearance to receive our products are the sole responsibility of the customer, and not TSPL ("Tongil Singapore Pte Ltd"). TSPL is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any misuse of the products and for packages which are confiscated by the Customs. We will not replace any items seized by the customs department of any country outside Singapore.
All items shipped to countries outside Singapore are shipped totally at the risk of the customer, and will not necessarily be reimbursed or replaced if the items are lost, stolen, or confiscated.
International customers are strongly advised to check with the relevant health authority in their country whether a permit is needed to receive the product(s) of intended purchase. In any case, if a permit is necessary as according to the country's regulation, please acquire one and send us a copy via email to: support@buyginseng.com.sg or fax to us at: +65 6742 2935. This is to ensure smooth clearance at the custom.
