- Indication: Boost Immunity, Combat Fatigue
- Dosage: Put one or two spoonful into one cup of hot or cold water, add honey to taste and stir well. Mixing with some other beverage is recommended.
- The above dosage is recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach on daily basis. It can be taken last thing at night before retiring to bed. It is generally believed that ginseng has a cumulative effect and the effects build up gradually taking 15~45 days before the beneficial effects are felt.

Good Product
It was my first purchase and I was not sure if I could consume it, so I called the importer for assistance. The importer (a lady, couldn't recall her name) was very patient and answered my queries...it's a good product!

The Real Deal
I have ever been to South Korea and purchased original Korean Ginseng powder endorsed by the government. This is the same brand.
As for the product itself, it reduces fatigue and provides vitality.
I also seldom catch any cold and my immunity is boosted. I take a spoonful everyday.
