- Packing Unit: 50g
- Dosage for maintenance: Put one spoonful (spoon provided) into a cup of hot or cold water, and add honey or sugar to taste. Stir well. Dosage should increase according to bodily needs.
- The above dosage is recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach on daily basis. It can be taken last thing at night before retiring to bed. It is generally believed that ginseng has a cumulative effect and the effects build up gradually taking 15~45 days before the beneficial effects are felt.

Really effective for my wife's cough
It was really fantastic when my wife tried the ginseng extract sample from the Ginseng Center brought by the local tour guide while having family holiday in Korea in Dec 1996, to our surprise, my wife's cough (she had been coughing for more than a year even with all the medicines from the various doctors) was almost completely stopped on the same night. We bought a box of 50g x 6 bottles from the same shop before leaving Korean with the help of the local tour guide who brought us there again at our request. My wife's cough was completely stopped since then and she continued to take for almost 2 years. I bought this product again as my wife was coughing badly recently. This product is really effective for my wife's cough.
