- Dosage for maintenance: Put one spoonful (spoon provided) into a cup of hot or cold water, and add honey or sugar to taste. Stir well. Dosage should increase according to bodily needs.
- The above dosage is recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach on daily basis. It can be taken last thing at night before retiring to bed.
