- IL HWA Korean Ginseng Extract is a condensed form of pure liquid extracted from high quality ginseng roots through a low pressure and low temperature vacuum method. This new method preserves the original efficacy and flavor of the ginseng.
- Packing Unit: 300g
- Dosage for maintenance: Put one spoonful (spoon provided) into a cup of hot or cold water, and add honey or sugar to taste. Stir well. Dosage should increase according to bodily needs.
- The above dosage is recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach on daily basis. It can be taken last thing at night before retiring to bed. It is generally believed that ginseng has a cumulative effect and the effects build up gradually taking 15~45 days before the beneficial effects are felt.

The consumption of IL HWA Korean Ginseng extract saved my life on the day when I experienced a series of breathlessness after I overexerted myself to pass a CPR test!
My heart was pounding super fast & loud after I completed my CPR test that then I realised I overexerted myself. I quickly took deep breaths to normalise my breathing & the loud pounding went away. I was glad that I was still ok to complete the course and went home although I felt tired.
That evening, I began to feel unwell with some breathlessness and heaviness of the chest. I took the ginseng extract and felt better and I went to sleep.
